Buena Park Neighbors Winter Community Meeting

Buena Park Neighbors hosted its Winter Community Meeting at Pride Theatre recently. On a cold and snowy winter night the meeting featured the musice of Elton John performed by Buena Park resident Beazley Phillips. Beazley has a lifetime of music to his credit and began his Elton John show a few years ago at a office party. He has enhanced both the wardrobe and the variety of Elton John songs and provided a great performance for Buena Park Neighbors. We’re hoping for an encore performance at a future Buena Park Neighbors meeting.

David Zak, Executive Director of Pride Films and Plays hosted the meeting and provided an overview of the various offerings at Pride. “Southern Comfort” will premier on February 28th followed by “Afterglow” on March 22nd. They have some great prices, and tickets can be purchased online here.

I live about one-half mile north of Wrigley Field in the Buena Park neighborhood.
