The aroma of hot dogs, burgers, nachos, and popcorn filled the air as neighbors gathered to savor all the delectable treats that Buena Park had to offer. Carnival games, yard games, face painting, corn hole– there was something for every young adventurer.
DJ JayR from Gold Cuts and the talented La Jefa Nailz had us moving and grooving with their infectious beats. But the real showstopper was “Dancing Queen: An ABBA Salute”. Trust us when we say it was more than just a performance; it was a groovy time warp to the disco era! Their music had us all saying, “Mamma Mia, here we go again!” as we danced, jived, and sang along to those classic ABBA hits. We can’t wrap up our Block Party recap without giving a huge shout-out to the incredible local businesses. They brought their passion, creativity, and a genuine desire to connect with our Buena Park community. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to discover the hidden gems in our very own neighborhood and to support our enterprising individuals.
