It’s Election Time – Join the BPN Executive Board! It’s election time and we want YOU to join the Buena Park Neighbors Executive Board!
Buena Park Neighbors is led by its board, composed of volunteers from the neighborhood who are committed to improving the quality of life for everyone in Buena Park. Elections for the Executive Board are held every fall and positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Positions we are looking to fill include:
- President: The President serves as the public face of the organization and oversees the day-to-day function of the organization.
- Vice President: The Vice President assists the President with managing the organization and oversees board members with roles focused on the “Three Ps:” Place, Partners, and People.
- Treasurer: The Treasurer oversees BPN’s finances, including managing payments and reimbursements, preparing a budget, overseeing fundraising, etc.
- Secretary: The Secretary manages operations for BPN, including scheduling board meetings and ensuring that the Executive Committee is communicating effectively with the General Board and BPN as a whole.

If you have been involved with the community through volunteering or events during the last two years and you are now interested in running for the Buena Park Neighbors Association Executive Board, you will need to be available on the evening of Tuesday, October 17th at 7pm for our annual elections.
