46th Ward Flu Vaccine Clinic

The 46th Ward is partnering with the Chicago Department of Public Health to offer flu vaccines in the 46th Ward!
Save the date for the 46th Ward flu clinic event on Wednesday, October 4th from 3-7pm at Uptown Church, 1134 W. Wilson! Register beforehand if you are able: https://events.juvare.com/IL-IDPH/xjdne/1555167/.
If you are unable to register, you can also walk in on the day of the clinic.
Attendees can park in Truman College’s Larry McKeon parking garage about a block away at Racine & Sunnyside, enter at Racine/Wilson. There will also be limited parking spaces in front of the clinic entrance for attendees with disabilities or mobility issues.
