There are limited slots for 1:1 meetings, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis as scheduling allows and as long as requests meet the ward night criteria. This is the form to express interest in a one-on-one meetings with Alderwoman Clay during the 46th Ward upcoming Ward Night on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023.
We anticipate more interest in these slots than timing will allow, so meetings will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis for those whose requests meet our office’s criteria for Ward Night.
Ward Night is intended to be an opportunity for individuals and small groups to get brief face-time with the Alderwoman on a variety of topics, ranging from policy proposals to ongoing ward issues where the Alderwoman herself can be supportive in helping address.
If you are looking for support on an issue like parking, construction updates, trash complaints, or other ward services questions, your issue may be more promptly or thoroughly fulfilled by corresponding with one of our staff. You can reach out at info@46thward.com.
To be scheduled for a Ward Night time slot with the Alderwoman, you must be a resident of the 46th Ward and be hoping to meet on a topic that meets the intentions of Ward Night. For those who are not able to get a slot, we still encourage you to attend Ward Night to meet staff or meet and greet with the Alderwoman on a more informal basis from 6:30-7:30pm. From 6:30-7pm, there will also be a brief presentation reflecting on the ward office’s accomplishments in the first 100 days in office.
