DESCRIPTION:It’s that time of the year again – our third annual Buena Park Block Party is on Saturday\, September 23!!!! \n\nWe hope to see you there!!!! 								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n							\n					\n											\n														\n							\n					\n											\n														\n							\n					\n											\n														\n							\n					\n											\n														\n					\n					\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Block Party Event Details				\n				\n				\n				\n									The Buena Park Block Party will take place on Saturday\, September 23 on W. Buena Ave in between Buena Circle Park and N. Sheridan Rd from 6-10PM. This small strip of Buena will be completely closed off to cars and Kenmore between Irving and Montrose will only be accessible to local traffic. Hungry? We’ve got you covered!  We will have mouthwatering hot dogs\, sumptuous vegan burgers\, crispy nachos\, and fluffy popcorn available in exchange for a small donation while supplies last. Cash and PayPal will be accepted (no change will be given).DJ JayR from Gold Cuts and La Jefa Nailz spinning tunes from 6-7:30 PM. But that’s just the beginning! Dancing Queen: An ABBA Salute taking the stage from 8-10 PM\,  they will have you dancing the night away!Entertainment for the kids will include carnival games\, yard games\, face painting\, and don’t miss a special presentation with live animals by Curious Creatures starting at 6 PM!Challenge your neighbors and friends to some friendly competition while enjoying yard games for the adults.Local business booths and demonstrations.  It’s a chance to support your neighbors and explore the unique offerings right in Buena Park.Bring your four-legged pals along! This is a leashed dog-friendly event\, and we can’t wait to meet your furry friends.We might not be selling alcohol\, but you’re more than welcome to bring your favorites! This is a BYOB event\, no alcohol will be sold at the Block Party!								\n				\n				\n				\n					Block Party Volunteers Needed				\n				\n				\n				\n									We are in need of several volunteers to help out on the day of our Buena Park Block Party. We are looking for help setting up before the event from 2-5 PM\, help during the event\, and then help packing up once the event is over from 10-11 PM. If interested in volunteering\, you can learn more and sign up here. Buena Ave in between Buena Circle Park and N. Sheridan Rd will need to be moved PRIOR TO 12PM ON SATURDAY\, SEPTEMBER 23\, 2023 THROUGH 11PM to make way for block party festivities. Any cars not moved prior to this time will be towed.
