Mark your calendar for BPN’s 13th Annual Buena Pumpkin Neighbors Safe Trick-or-Treating event. Bring your little ghosts and ghoulies out on Halloween night for trick-or-treating along Kenmore from Irving Park to Montrose, including the 1000 block of West Buena.
If you reside on this stretch of Kenmore or Buena and you and/or your neighbors plan to hand out candy, please contact Mary Krueger at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can mark your building. We had over 300 children last year and we hope to attract even more children this year. During the event we will also bestow the fourth annual George Ferak Halloween Decorations Award to the most bootifully decorated residence. Get your neighbors together and get creative!
We also need volunteers to act as safety monitors during the event. If you are interested in participating, please contact Kathleen Hogan at email@example.com.
Buena Park is well known in Uptown as “THE” place for Halloween. We hope you’ll consider lending a hand with and/or attending this amazing neighborhood event!
